This year's lineup includes nine performers who haven't graced the Houston rodeo stage before: Russell Dickerson ( who announced his performance during a Times Square surprise show on Wednesday ), Lizzo, Forrest Frank, Megan Moroney, Creed, Shaboozey, Pepe Aguilar, Red Clay Strays and Koe Wetzel.
