President Trump blamed Ukraine’s strikes on Russian oil refineries for rising global diesel prices, while urging both Ukraine and Russia to avoid energy targets, sparking controversy over his stance on the conflict.

Civilians were killed and injured overnight into Sunday as both Russia and Ukraine kept up large-scale drone strikes.
