A new class of weight loss drugs could turn out to be an important tool in reducing cancer risk caused by obesity and excess body weight. MSK breast cancer oncologist Dr. Neil Iyengar, an expert on the relationship of cancer with diet, excess body weight, and obesity, cautions that these are early days for these medications with much research yet to do.
